Morality is an accomplishment connotation contact scale what to measure a person’s inner quality, and to distinguish nature between person and person. Nowadays, with the economic developing rapidly, materialism, hedonism and mam monism rev-ail sharply. So traditional values are getting worse when face to the real life. The society in a certain extent the belief facing to crisis, the phenomenon such as moral landslide. Then led to a series of ethical questions, especially teenagers’ moral development is meeting a big impact. Macmillan disconnect is currently the most common and new phenomena and topics in the school. Because of this, all countries in the world and all the region of school focus of moral education, specially attaches great importance to the youth moral education, and a deep reflection and bold innovation. Education of the United States as the world’s great powers, one of the current moral education in primary and secondary schools have achieved good effect, to deal with the moral crisis in the United States also played a positive effect, and improved the students’ moral cognition level. Although there is difference of cultural and historical background between our country and the United States, and their social system and values also are different, but as a common object of education of teenagers, has a similar psychological characteristics, so the south Carolina primary and secondary school moral education of our country school moral education has important significance to the development of moral education of primary and secondary schools in China have positive reference value.This article mainly includes the following five parts of the South Carolina primary and secondary school moral education.The first part is the introduction.
