With the development of the times, science and technology, education field is undergoing significant changes. High school information technology, as a rapid development of science, must be more with the development of times, explore new teaching methods, enhance the quality of teaching. Yet many schools still adopt the teacher-centered force-feeding teaching method, students passively accept knowledge, this way may lead to the students’ lack of learning enthusiasm, make the classroom short of fun and vitality, and it is not conducive to the cultivation of students’ creativity, which reduces the learning efficiency. To change the present teaching status of high school information technology courses, we need to combine the advanced information technology with traditional teaching, construct a high school information technology network learning platform integrated of teaching, evaluation and management, design, explore and apply digital learning resources of high school information technology, effectively improve the teaching quality. Blackboard is currently very popular teaching platform, how to put the Blackboard network platform with high school information technology curriculum effectively, promote teacher’s teaching way and change the way of students’ learning is the emphasis of this research.The author take basis of theory and practice of Blackboard network platform, combine high school teaching practice experience in information technology curriculum with interviews for information technology teachers and students, explore the functions and features of the Blackboard platform, and I discuss the relevant learning theory, analysis of the current teaching present situation and the main problems of high school information technology curriculum. Next I do some researches and exploration about how to carry out the design, development and application on "the network technology application" module in high school information technology course in Blackboard platform. Design a "flipped" classroom blended learning mode based on Blackboard platform, as a case study of "the site to realize" made specific teaching design. Try to apply Blackboard platform to the high school information technology teaching, and to provide the reference about Blackboard platform to each course of primary and secondary schools.This research is divided into six chapters:Chapter 1 is introduction, mainly introduces the background, significance, purpose, research methods, content, innovation points, research status of the research and the state of high school information technology course teaching at present. Clear to research the main problem for the following work.Chapter 2 is the theoretical basis and the analysis of the function about Blackboard platform, this paper expounds the constructivism, humanism learning theory related to the foundation, and make a brief introduction of the Blackboard, platform, such as its concept, characteristics and functions. And analyze its advantages for high school information technology course.Chapter 3 is the design of "the network technology application" module based on the Blackboard platform, discussing the specific design on how to put the digital resources of "network technology application" module to the Blackboard platform, including analysis before the design and detailed design.Chapter 4 is the development of "the network technology application" module based on the Blackboard platform, doing the concrete development on the basis of the design in the last chapter. And construct the online courses of "the network technology application" module.Chapter 5 is the application of "the network technology application" module based on the Blackboard platform, designing the teaching application mode on the Blackboard platform. Design how to apply the construction of good network course specifically to the practical teaching.Chapter 6 is conclusion and prospect, summarizing the conclusions of this study and the existing problems, And look forward to the prospect how Blackboard platform can used in the middle and primary school information technology courses.
