The research is from the author’s teaching practice. It begins with the significance of the study on the effectiveness of the classroom management, and analyzes the current situation and the factors of the effectiveness of classroom management, then on the basis of reflections on junior high school English classroom management practices and critical absorption of the related theories, makes an exploration of possible strategic ways of effective classroom management, constructs the new management model of English Class. Based upon reading a great number of literature and documents, the research aggregates the projects of the effectiveness of the English classroom management in junior high school, then three dimensions are sorted out, which includes:the cognition, the emotional acceptance, and the behavior of junior high school English classroom management. In order to guarantee the scientific nature of the research tools, the questionnaires is designed and designated respectively for students as well as for English teachers, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are measured and studied accordingly. The second study carries out the investigation of the present situation and makes a close study of the contributory factors of junior high school English classroom management. By means of the questionnaire and interviews, the study grasps the present situation overall and investigate the contributory factors of junior high school English classroom management, then sorts out the current problems which exists in junior high school English classroom management:backward concepts about classroom management, attaching importance to the classroom, ignoring students’ needs; ignoring the teaching scene, which made students lack of interest in learning; Attaching great importance to the problem behavior control, which ignored students’ emotional acceptance; outdated teaching methods, which weakened the relationship between teachers and students; inappropriate management:More punishment and less encouragement. About classroom management:More control and less prevention. On this basis, the study summarizes the six effective strategies which can improve junior high school English classroom management:the idea of people-oriented as the moral law within every educator’s mind; teaching developed in particular situations and context; Using positive reinforcement, transformation of problem behaviors; To reconstruct the relationship between teachers and students; To polish up oral and written language; To develop high-efficiency power of execution.
