In the 21st century, our country government function transformation to a service-oriented government, increase gradually to provide public services. Sports public service as an important pat of public service, will also become one of the main work of the government in the future. Of sports public services in China to provide roughly experienced the planned economy era unified supply provided by the government stage, early stage of reform and opening to the simple binary supply stage of the socialization, marketization and the current government and non-governmental organizations to provide multiple supply stage. Government and non-governmental organizations to provide sports public service has become the trend of future development, the problem is that such a supply mode, the cooperation between the government and non-government organizations should be how to deal with competition relations.
