Research On The Social Network Platform Of University Serving The Employment Guidance Of College Students

With the popularization of higher education, the number of college graduates increased year by year, difficult employment of graduates is also year by year, finding a job for college students has become a problem for the current colleges. College students’ employment guidance in China started late,and the guidance system is not mature, the guidence of students’ employment has been unable to meet the needs of college students, to create new ways of college students’ employment guidance has become a hot research topicof university employment guidance.The social network service (SNS) is the product of web2.0, it changed the way people access to information, the characteristic that transinformation fast, two-way, equal communication of SNS quickly won the favour of college students. With the development of social needs,the SNS gradually developments in vertical direction, such as dajie.com tianji.com who aims to help people to find work began to appear, which offers practical experience for application of SNS in employment guidance.In this paper, referring the employment guidance pattern of colleges and universities in the United States and combining the vertical development of social network sercice, the writer put forward the establishment that building a social network service platform, the platform will be used to realize employment guidance. The writer hope to provide a new research direction for research about students’ employment guidence in China. The main contents and research work of this paper summarized as follows:1.The writer use the literature research method and questionnaire survey to search the domestic demand for college students’ employment guidance and the situation of the use of social network service.On the basis of this,the writer analyzed the employment guidance requirements of our country’s university students. The writter also argumented the feasibility that realizing the college student employment guidance depend on the social network service.2. The writer analysis and design social network service platform which served the college students’ employment guidance, from the system requirements, overall architecture, database design and key functions modules, the function module which used to guide employment is detailed instructions.3. Developing and realizing the core of the implementation system function module proved the realizability of social network service platform from the perspective of practice.This paper delves into the current college students employment guidance requirements, draw lessons from America’s college students employment guidance model, put forward the idea that building the social network service platform which served the college students’ employment guidance.The search analyses the overall architecture of this platform and primarily achieved some key functions of it.This search provides a new direction for study on college students’ employment guidance in China, it also provides a certain reference significance for further research work on employment guidance.
