Some images are repeatedly used in the literature, which has about qualitative and prototype characteristics of culture, from this field to view images appear in the middle school language teaching material, there are many images in different times, different writers appeared again and again, and the stability in the bear. The first chapter of this paper has two sections, the first section mainly discusses the prototype image of the basic problems, such as the connotation, characteristic and classification research of the prototype image replacement in the second quarter, prototype image replacement from two aspects of content and form. Chapter 2 and chapter 3 respectively from the image and dusk, in the teaching material of middle school language teaching material in the image and dusk to comb, from aspects of the symbolic meaning and emotional connotation, discusses its become the cause of the prototype image. The fourth chapter analyze the students’ cognitive structure on the influence of the prototype image interpretation, to explore the teachers’ interpretation of the situation. Through language teaching material in the overall perception of typical prototype image, can make your objects across the gap and the gap of the times, in the process of history known as the connotation of the prototype image, providing a key for the reader to solve the text reading.
