Moral and social curriculum is the senior phase of implementation of citizen moral education in primary school,and they are assuming the great trust of moral quality education.has the vital significance to improve the quality of students.From the new curriculum reform started in 2001,the ministry of education issued by The compulsory education and moral character and society course standard (experiment draft) as a guide programmatic document of our country’s elementary school children’s moral education,its effective in promoting the development of China’s primary school students moral education.India as a developing country,in recent years its comprehensive national strength of ascension are closely related with its education development.Social curriculum plays an important role in basic education stage of universal humanistic knowledge.The research through the ministry of education promulgated in 2011 compulsory education moral and social curriculum standards (2011 edition) with the, national education research and training of India in 2006 environmental curriculum standard and the social science curriculum standard as the research object,using literature analysis method and comparative method.comparison research in both countries for elementary school senior stage social curriculum standard in the text frame structure,curriculum objectives,curriculum content, curriculum implementation and curriculum implementation,analysis of the two countries social curriculum standard in common and differences.Discussed and summarized their characteristics and,which can be used for reference for our moral and social curriculum and the development of moral education to provide the reference.This paper on the social development of curriculum standards between the two countries carried on a simple introduction,and then the frame structure of China and India social curriculum standard are compared and analyzed.Then the focus of the curriculum goal and curriculum content as contrast.from the structure of the course objectives.content and way of presentation three aspects to compare the curriculum standard of the two countries.summarizes the objective characteristics of Indian society.In the part of course content, the presented topic of China and India society in the introduction, description and comparison, it is concluded that India social studies curriculum content through the school year as the basis, so in society and rendering of the course content in our country there is a big difference.In the part of curriculum implementation suggestion, proposals to the implementation of the compulsory education moral and social curriculum standards (2011 edition) in China and India social curriculum standards referred to in the teaching material to write the note as a comparison of object with comparison and analysis.Finally, on the basis of comparison with two countries social curriculum standard, the problems arising from the moral and social curriculum standard in our country has carried on the reflection,put forward some enlightenment to curricular reform in our society-.firstly grasp the nature of the relationship between social classes and countries.Secondly curriculum goals and curriculum content should be more specific.Besides, curriculum content should pay attention to integration of excellent traditional cultural. Last but not least,the targeted of social course teaching activities need to be strengthened so as to provide some ideas for the development of Chinese social classes.
