With the advancement of domestic quality-oriented education development, the reform of the elementary school Chinese teaching are also big. But the elementary school higher grades to our country present situation and countermeasures of Chinese homework design research has stalled. At present, domestic the research results of the elementary school higher grades Chinese homework design is more professional teachers teaching, according to their own education practice experience, lack of matching the guidance of education theory and the actual survey data support. Therefore, this research on learning, on the basis of predecessors’ research on homework design in Gardner’s "Theory of Multiple Intelligence", Vygotsky’s "Zone of Proximal Development" and Dewey’s "Learning by Doing "to guide the design of the elementary school higher grades Chinese homework. Based on randomly selected from three schools of Suzhou’s teachers and students in interviews and questionnaire survey, studies have found that many problems from multiple angles, proposes the solution strategy.Through questionnaire survey, interviews of teachers and students, We know that the current domestic senior primary school Chinese homework mainly exist the following problems: design consciousness of the teacher is weak, not a positive attitude. The more the total of work, integrity of lack of planning to work; Homework form design pays attention to written work, lack of peer cooperation; Job content design pays attention to "one size fits all", the lack of hierarchy; Homework to the teacher as the main body, students passively accept; Corrects design concentrates on written homework evaluation way, student participation is low. In this paper, based on the new curriculum standard of senior primary school Chinese homework design should follow the independent inquiry, pluralistic and open, the requirement of the comprehensive practice, affecting the teachers of primary school Chinese homework design consciousness, job content, the form of homework, job evaluation present situation carries on the detailed analysis. Teachers should use scientific nature, purpose, sexual life, autonomy, interest as homework design concept, design has a life of practical operation; Integration of different subjects comprehensive operation; Cooperative way when finishing homework assignments; To cultivate students found that the problem of exploratory operation; Have diversified open operation; Predominantly student autonomy to the hierarchy of assignments and meet thedemand of students’ homework, at the same time actively exert students’ self-evaluation, mutual evaluation and teacher evaluation.
