Employment is something that people make a living, employment has become one of the "three carriages" which is Premier Li Keqiang economics concept, in the case of economic slowdown, employment stability has a great significance. In recent years, with the economy development in a reasonable range, the employment situation is generally good, but the employment of young people is difficult, especially college students, the difficult employment of college students has become an important problem of current employment, has caused social concern. The new employment of college students is arising in the process of China’s economic transition, In recent years, with the increase of the number of students, college has sent a lot of talent for the development of economy, but the pace is something unharmonious between the transformation of the economic structure and the reform of the education system, it’s difficult to balance development of the human resource supply and demand in the market, causeing oversupply of talent. In order to adapt to needs economic and personal, to get jobs, students must face the fierce competition and improve the level of employment ability constantly. College students’ employment ability is insufficient, the structure of employment still exist deficiencies, so that students are often at a disadvantage in the job competition, the strucure contains the ability of college students in individual ability and quality, the employment environment and other factors, only improve the strucure of employment ability of college students, can improve the employment ability of college students.Based on the above situation,structure of college students’ employment ability is affecting college students’ employment ability directly, is the starting point to solve the employment problem of college students, It’s necessary to discusses the existing defects of college students’ employment ability structure and find out the corresponding countermeasures to improve structure of college students’ employment ability. Study on the ability structure of the employment abroad has been gradually mature, though the domestic research started late, there is no systematic theory research.The research discuss the structure of college students’ employment ability from the perspective of the perspective of Ideological and political education, on the basis of theoretical research, define the concept of employment structure, employment structure be defined as generalize ability system which includs internal and external employment ability, the internal employment ability include the working ability, professional ability, personal qualities, job skills, the external conditions include the college conditon, social environment, family factors. Questionnaire survey was conducted on the basis of literature research, college students of Guizhou as an example, analysis of deficiencies of college students’ employment ability structure, put forward the developing path of college students’ employment ability structure. There are two aspect reasons about structure of college students’ employment ability, the internal shortcomings is the college students’ ability of practice and innovation ability, planning ability, job occupation, occupation morality, values, the ability to adapt and employment mentality; the external shortcomings is the professional settings, teaching mode, employment guidance and management, campus culture, employment policy, the employer, family environment. The cultivation of college students’ internal employment ability mainly depends on the education and personal practice to improve the individual employment ability and quality, in order to improve the students’ personal qualities emphasizing the college should strengthen the ideological and political education of college students; the cultivation of college students’ employment ability outside, not only require high school to improve the conditions of employment, but also need play the functions of social service,family education, to create a good employment environment.
