From the perspective of teachers’ teaching, teacher’s understanding of learning, the purpose is to accurately determine the starting point, choose the appropriate teaching method, which because of material, because of when, due to the content of teaching, and to enhance teaching pertinence, understanding learning after class, the purpose is through understanding learning timely inspect the teachers’ teaching situation, therefore, class after class to know learning is a very important work, but the current high school mathematics teacher done in this respect is not very satisfactory, but also for learning situation analysis in the aspect of practice teaching research is not much, so this article on the current high school mathematics teacher after class to understand students’ learning situation before class.Different parts in this paper, using the interview method to interview39teachers, from the current situation of investigation, find out the shortages of mathematics teacher after class to understand learning and their causes, and put forward the corresponding suggestion, cases are given to understand learning practice, full text consists of five chapters.The first chapter introduces the origin of the problem, review of existing research, and research methods.The second chapter the theory to analyze the situation of the learning from the class after class, understand, students learning situation defining the relevant concepts and principles, methods, ways are given.The third chapter on the current high school math teacher after class to understand present situation investigation, the situation of students’ mathematics study and lack of analysis.The fourth chapter of the high school mathematics teacher’s class understand the causes of deficiency of student mathematics study situation of investigation and the analysis of attribution.The fifth chapter puts forward Suggestions for the deficiency existing in the current high school math teachers and practical case is given.Survey found that the current high school mathematics teacher’s insufficient understanding of learning are as follows:after class to class to know far;Layered understand learning, most teachers only know a good layer and middle layer;Read your homework to understand learning, heavy result, light process;Direct questions before class students understand learning, asking questions of pertinence is not strong;Answer for students, teachers listen to more, remember less;Realize that in learning the feeling be nasty work urgent after class before class;When your conversation to understand learning, to be honest, less listen to students;Understand learning value, mastery of knowledge as a result, to solve the problem to belittle students basis, basic experience and emotional needs, etc.;To understand the difficulty in learning when the lack of a solution;To understand the process of learning after class before class, method, understanding aspect and so on, the lack of reflection and professional development of running out of steam.For insufficient, the teacher put forward the following Suggestions:change idea, attach importance to understand the learning before class, to understand the learning before class, class should overcome understanding learning content of depth, breadth is not enough, the shortcomings of understanding method is single;According to students’current level understanding of content;According to the students personality characteristics choose to understand the way;According to the new lesson content, the teaching schedule arrangement to understand the timing and duration;Understand the way diversification as far as possible;Points in class;Directly to find students understand affection, handle good teacher first speak or how much students speak, speak and when to speak;No matter what is the mode of understanding, attention should be paid to take notes, timely records, to understand the process of reflection contents, methods, etc;To all the students equally, born not only attaches importance to understand top students and medium, for all students to understand; To overcome the heavy result, light process, batch for high scores, the lack of fighting for the college entrance examination;For you know the process of learning contents, methods.
