The age of Knowledge and information promote the dissemination of knowledge, and dissemination of knowledge has accelerated the process of educational informationization. There has been a lot of new things which bring the Gospel to education, such as "micro-lecture." "Micro-lecture" is not unexpected, "micro blog", "micro letter", "micro business", "micro film," "micro fiction," "micro chat"...... micro era has gradually enter into our daily life. With the appearance and popularity of foreign online micro-video learning resources as the representative of TED and Khan Academy, which trigger the exploration in education classroom to applied micro-video into classroom to improve the efficiency of classroom. Micro lessons not only can be applied among the various teaching links to improve teaching efficiency, but also can be used as expand resources after school to help students make up for their deficiencies. In addition, it can also provide reference and help to promote the professional development of teachers.In order to improve The informationization teaching ability of primary school teachers,researcher will train them on micro-lesson and relate knowledge and introduced micro-lesson into primary school language teaching. In this paper, there are three rounds of Ation Research to observe,improve and enhance the informationization teaching ability of experimental teachers.The purpose of the first round of Action Research is to understand the attitude of primary school language teachers on the use of micro-lesson to assist instruction and the recommendations for the implementation of education programs, and collect improvements from many people in many ways, which can provide assistance for the implementation of the revised action programs. In this operation, the researcher first training them on the design, development and applications of micro-lesson,and to understand the attitude and recommendations on the use of micro-lesson through questionnaires and interviews. On the basis of analysis of data collected to summarize and reflect the policy on how to apply micro-lesson into classroom.The purpose of the second round of Action Research is to develop personalized micro lesson design and production methods aiming at the features of primary language course, and promote the deeper understanding of the micro-lesson teachers design and production. On the basis of the first round of Action Research, according to reflection on the first round of action research to modify action plan include a focus on training content, the modification of training strategies,changes in training methods. The paper use interviews, questionnaires and other research methods to collect data.The third round Action Research aims to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of theappliance of micro-lesson into classroom teaching through in-depth classroom.On the basis of the previous two rounds of action research, we mainly use the research methods of case study,classroom observation and other methods to collect data. And the paper goes deep into individual classroom,test depth case studies teacher lectures through the process, combined with the forms of questionnaires and interviews, to analysis the effect of micro-lesson for the classroom from multiple angles,and to found the advantages and disadvantages of micro-lesson applies to the classroom.Through the implementation of three rounds of Action Research, we found that the micro-lesson can promote the teachers’ ability of the informationization teaching ability,such as the ability of instructional design, implementation and monitoring capabilities.Firstly, the development process of micro-class design is an informational instructional design process;Secondly, micro-lesson can promote the efficiency of each teaching links. Thirdly, micro-lesson can help teachers monitor classroom and improve their professional development. Finally, the process of Action Research tells us that the explore hasn’t the endless and experience is the mother of wisdom. Along with the deepening of the teaching practice research,there will be more uncharted territories waiting for us to explore.
