Though secondary vocational education made great progress as China is promoting popularizing vocational education, it still belong to the weak link of Chinese education. In accordance with relevant research, there is a problem of job burnout occurred among some teachers from secondary vocational schools. Long-time vocational education shall be down in spirits with the intention of demission and even leave finally, which results in the loss of teachers. By citing three variables of job burnout and organizational commitment as well as demission intention, this paper tries to make research and analysis of the three to discuss the job attitude among current secondary vocational education; meanwhile, a theoretical basis can be generated for future research on relationship among the three.Based on questionnaire survey, this paper selected teachers from senior technical school in XX city as research subjects to make an analysis of the difference of job burnout and organizational commitment as well as demission intention on demographic variables. In addition relevance analysis and regression analysis were conducted to explore the relationship among the three to further verify the intermediation role of organizational commitment between job burnout and demission intention.The results for this research shall be shown as below:1. According to the research results on job burnout and organizational commitment as well as demission intention among technical teachers, there exists job burnout problem especially lack of sense of achievement; mind and body failure level occupied secondly and dispersonalization level holds the lowest. However, the entire burnout level was not that serious. The organizational commitment level takes over above the medium; emotional commitment scored highest. The demission intention is not severe.2. Based on analysis of different demographic variables, there are some obvious differences on gender, marriage, age, teaching age, professional title, head teacher and position for job burnout, organizational commitment and demission intention,but few differences on education background.3. Based on technical teachers’ job burnout and organizational commitment as well as demission intention, we can conclude that: the job burnout owns a negative relation to organizational commitment but positive relation to demission intention; organizational commitment had a negative relation to demission intention; the job burnout and organizational commitment of secondary vocational school teachers shall make a predictive effect on demission intention. Furthermore, organizational commitment plays a intermediation role on the effect of job burnout on teachers’ demission intention.
