With the rapid development of social economy and civilization, social problems of contemporary youth have shown more and more. This makes the study of adolescent middle school students physical and mental development has aroused wide concern. The relationship between the basic understanding of the situation at the present stage of Shanghai city middle school students physical self concept and analysis of physical self concept and physical exercise, improve the discovery to get students to participate in physical activity participation level and the increase of physical exercise ability in joy through the study of the relationship between self concept of body and physical exercise, is where the significance of this study. The research on Shanghai City 1324 middle school students as subjects, used exercise rating scale, physical self description questionnaire, sports pleasure scale as the research tool to collect data, using literature method, questionnaire survey method, to analyze results of the data processing method, draw a conclusion:1 Through the single sample t test to the Shanghai City middle school students physical self concept scores in all dimensions of physical self concept of middle school students in Shanghai City,the overall score is high,but in the endurance scored below average;cognition and evaluation of Shanghai City middle school boys about their own bodies on the various dimensions of physical self-concept are significantly higher than the average level;Shanghai City female students in physical self concept of strength and endurance were significantly lower than the average level of.2 For independent samples t test by boys and girls middle school students in Shanghai, two sets of data: the physical self concept of health, coordination, physical activity,obesity,exercise capacity,overall health, appearance, strength, flexibility, endurance, self-esteem and the dimension of middle school students in Shanghai city boys were higher than girls.3 By two two the Shanghai City 6-9 grade students in comparison, Shanghai city middle school students physical self concept, with the higher grade downwardtrend. In 6-9 grade boys and girls were grade two two comparison, Shanghai city middle school boys with the higher grade,decreases in coordination, obesity, exercise capacity, overall health, strength, flexibility,endurance, self-esteem dimension, appear gradually rebound trend after the first drop in sports activity dimension, appear in the appearance dimensions increases first and then decreases and then rise; female middle school students of Shanghai city with the higher grade, decreases in physical activity, exercise capacity, overall physical dimensions, showing the first decline after rising trends in obesity, appearance, flexible, self esteem and other dimensions.4 Comparison of different training level of physical self concept and dimensions of two two different levels of exercise on cognitive evaluation of secondary school students to oneself body, the small amount of exercise, exercise capacity, large amount of exercise and physical self concept has significant difference, cognition and evaluation of different exercise amount will influence students self concept of body.5 Analysis of correlation analysis and multiple regression based on the pleasure of Shanghai city middle school students physical self concept and sports activities, there was a significant positive correlation between Shanghai city middle school students physical self concept and sports pleasure, physical self concept in athletic ability, self-esteem, health, stamina can be a very good sense of pleasure predicted physical activity, in which motion competence and self-esteem and physical activities of pleasure related degree.
