In The Chinese curriculum standards of primary school Chinese writing requirements, the observation ability is one of the most important requirements of curriculum standards. After exchanging views with the primary school Chinese teachers in the actual teaching, the author found that many students are lack of writing material; many noteworthy things happened around them every day, but at the time of writing still talk endlessly with no substance at all, "said disorder". In view of this, the author thinks of micro video, which has an important impact on the current life, and thinks about how to use the micro video primary school composition teaching, helping students to observe.Based on the above consideration, the author formulates the questionnaire of Current situation of composition teaching in primary school, a random sample of online and several district of Shanghai city primary school teachers as the research objects. Through the survey found that “Observing carefully” is the outstanding problem in the observation activities, and “no detailed description ”is a prominent problem when the students writing.This paper firstly defines the related concepts of micro video, which is positioned as the teaching resources and analyzes the research status of the micro video. On this basis, the author analyzes the application value of micro video in composition teaching in primary school and the application of micro video to solve the problem of composition teaching. Based on the discussion of the advantages of the micro video, the author tries to find out the breakthrough point of micro video application of composition teaching in primary school as well as the appropriate use of time and methods of micro video.Finally, on the basis of the questionnaire and analysis on teaching primary school textbook version of the requirements of the shanghai, choose “ Application of micro video solve the problem existing in detail observation and details descriptions ”and “Application of micro video to solve problems existing in the observation sequence and writing order” two case for analysis.The study found that there are many problems in primary school composition teaching, but students observing not carefully and observing the order unreasonable are more common and prominent. In primary school composition teaching, we can use different ways to guide the students to observe, but by means of micro video is one of the most simple and effective way. Micro video in primary school composition teaching is more suitable for reproducing the life difficult or impossible, for observing details of activities, the position order observation as well as the simulation. Teachers in the use of micro video, attention should be paid to identify starting point based on the refinement of composition teaching target. In addition, pay attention to reasonable time, manner, and integrate with key words on the blackboard, teacher tips, etc.
