Research On Cultivating High School Students' Ability Of Study Based On Maya Computer Painting Teaching

First of all, with the times of digitalization coming true, the art course in high school is impressed so deeply, the result of which is that the curriculum of art course in normal high school,in which the new media art courses had been added are supposed to adjustthe new trend. Secondly, after ten years of new reformation of the curriculum, it concentrate on the relationship between students and teacher about learning method, in which students nowadays are asked to transfer the passive learning into inquiry learning. So it has became the key thing in this reformation for a long time. While from the statistics of questionnaires in this master’s thesis, author is sort of disappointed that the 3d digital art course in new media art module in curriculum of art course in normal high school is still not ongoing in the high school. Beside above, author pay attention that students get used to the traditional passive learning mode,in which case, they could not be more creative after graduation as what elite people would need in future because instead of mind-liberating learningmethod, the old passive learning mode is always in restriction with the basic ability of studying. So the main suggestion in this master’s thesis is to set up school-based 3d Maya digital art curriculum, with which teachers who are well-equipped with constructivism and post modern perspective could gradually cultivate students ability of inquire and creativity.
