Interpretation of Lu Xun’s works and teaching has been the highlight of Chinese language in the middle school. My Old Home is selected for one of the earlier school textbooks of Lu Xun’s works, for such a model article is called Lu Xun “to the private sector ", what should interpret this? How to determine the core teaching value? The language teaching materials and teaching practice in My Old Home is what it looks like? These issues are worthy of our attention.I collected three middle school Chinese language teaching materials since Shanghai curriculum reform, according to the arrangement and learn from textbooks,cell preparation, class leading language, comments, and after-school curricular exercises five different times to comment textbooks in Shanghai region the presentation of My Old Home teaching values, we also analyzed 17 published teaching cases, papers with hundreds of My Old Home as a theoretical basis, from three perspectives of academics, language teaching materials and teaching case study to summarize the teaching values of My Old Home. Finally, summarize some of the more comprehensive interpretation of the text about My Old Home, as well as a more reasonable core teaching values and teaching suggestions.
