Kindergarten parents resource development refers to the kindergarten parents with a variety of resources(human, material and financial resources, information, etc.) using a variety of strategies which involved in the kindergarten education activities, to broaden the kindergarten education resources, promote home cooperation process. Kindergarten parents resources development including the type of resource development, resource development strategy, resource development, impact factors and resources development. Parents of kindergarten resources development of the status of the investigation is of important theoretical value and practical value.This research includes two parts, the first part of research in the existing literature on the premise of combing, through interviews, observation, etc. Produced in the kindergarten parents resources development and the present situation of the survey questionnaire, and then use the questionnaire to Shenyang on a questionnaire survey of the kindergarten teachers, and the method of using analysis of variance for parents the reality of resource development are discussed in this paper. The second part of the study is from Shenyang to select a parent resource development situation is good through the case analysis of kindergarten using observation, interviews and other methods to understand H kindergarten parents resource development situation. The results show that:1. The kindergarten parents in Shenyang resources development and overall health. Parents in the kindergarten management, resource development type is more one fold, material resources and human resources use is more, financial resources and information resources using less; Usage general development strategy, develop a plan of home working is better, other several aspects to establish emotional support, establishing close relationship and establish guarantee mechanism for use in general; Ascertained the influence factors of development aspect, namely, education concept and attitude of parents, the parents’ economic capacity, the health and job factors, the attitude of the teachers, the teachers’ knowledge and skills. Development of evaluation ascertained, namely broadening the education resources, forming a harmonious garden culture, promote teachers’ professional development, broaden children’s horizons, parents’ education level of ascension.2. Different system of kindergarten parents conditions exist significant differences in the resources development; Different teaching age parents resource development of teachers is different; Different degree of teachers parents resource development situation is different.3. In the kindergarten parents resource development in Shenyang overall general situation, there are still some parents resource development situation better kindergarten, many kindergartens should combine their own reality, to H kindergarten learning experience, combine parents and kindergarten resources, committed to young children’s healthy growth.
