Study On The Measurement And Management Optimization Of Population Convergence In Haidian District

Research about the degrees of integration and the better administration of Haidian actualpopulation：Actual population administration is the necessary requirement of eliminatingoutside marginalized status of the floating population and building of all kinds of interestcoordination mechanisms in the city. In practice, the service administration of the actualpopulation has the problems of function fragmentation and policy chaos, which restrictsthe social progress and social integration. Haidian District, as The core area ofZhongguancun National Innovation Demonstration Zone, shows its typical standing inBeijing. Haidian District has nearly one third of the floating population of Beijing, inwhich gathered a large number of high-tech talents. But in the administration and serviceof actual area population, various administration departments also face many differentproblems. Especially existing some actual situation of the combination of urban and ruralareas, the high-end talent and the normal floating people who provide basic life serviceconstitute the basic characteristics of the floating population in Haidian District in theprocess of science and technology park construction and urbanization. Therefore, under theincreasing pressure of reasonable regulation of population structure of Haidian District,the urgency of the actual population management is greatly highlighted. However, atpresent, the research on the administration and service policy on actual population has notyet formed a complete system in the academia circle, either on the regional actualpopulation. Results of the study are more concentrated in the floating population indexsystem of social integration and social integration of the floating population. Howerver, theresearch on actual population alignment measure including the local population, floatingpopulation policy, social management function is much less. Using comprehensive analysismethod, the article analyzes the structure, distribution characteristics and the degrees ofintegration of the actual population of Haidian District, to establish the measurement modelof the degree of integration of actual population and put forward some specific solutions onthe policy optimization of the actual population administration.
