A Study On The Present Situation Of Teachers' Rights And Interests Protection In Private Kindergartens In Chuxiong City, Yunnan Province

Private kindergartner have become a main part in social children education. Itundertakes important responsibility in education.Rights’ insurance of teachers whowork in private kindergartner is the most important factor to teachers’stability andquality.It may affect the quality of education and development of privatekindergartner.In fact,the rights of teachers who work in private kindergartner can not beinsured.They can not enjoy their professional rights insufficiently.Teachers’treatmentshould be improved and their awareness of defending rights are weak. All theseproblems have a bad effect on stability and long-term development of privatekindergartner. This research focuses on rights’ insurance of teachers who work inprivate kindergartner in Chuxiong.The author try to ana-lyse the causes of theproblems ane find the solutions. There are five parts in this thesis:The first part is the introduction, it consists of reasons of choosing thistopic,definitions of related terms, literature review, research thinking,methods andobject.The second part introduces the survey of private kindergartner and teachers whowork in it in chuxiong.It also reviews the related laws and rules about privatekindergartner teacher.The third part ana-lyse the current situation of teachers’rights insurance ofprivate kindergartner in chuxiong,such as professional rights,all kinds of treatmentand law awareness.The fourth part goes deep into the problems on teachers’insufficient professionalrights,unfair treatment and low awareness of laws.And try to find the solutions fromsociety,private kindergarten and teachers themselves.The fifth part puts forward some solutions:1)Change the society’s originalthinking toward private kindergartner.Have a right realization on roles of privatekindergartenand teachers and try to enhance eachers’awareness of defendingrights.2)government should give the private kindergarten some guidance to enhancepublic service and ability contribution,fulfill all kinds of social insurance rules,set thelowest salary standard,increase government’s aid,strengthen the building of rules andlaws for protecting teachers’rights,improve the appeals system.3) Try to innovate the inside of private kindergarten.
