Research purposes: this study is the summary of the pattern to rear reserved sportstalents in race walking around the world. In the meantime, it compare with the patternof Ma long county andanalyze it,also explore the situation of this kind of pattern inthe county level of China. This study specializes in exploring the form, procedure,goal, efficiency of this pattern in the athletics sports Schools of Ma long county, andin the view of local condition, indicate the direction for Ma long county andspecifically make a summary on the features of Ma long county’s way in order toprovide the reference for the organizations to train good walking athletes incomparable counties.Research methods: By the method of research of literature, questionnaire survey,interview, field observation and mathematical statistics. Through reviewing theliterature research, it can know the profiles of the pattern to rear reserved sportstalents in walking race around the world, and going on the field observation anddesign the questionnaire survey’s content aiming at the purpose. According to theneeds of research, doing several times filed observation to Ma long sports and racewalking schools.what’s more,to have an interview with the section chief and deputysection chief of Qujing city sports superintendent, the section and deputy head ofgroup of Ma long county’s sports bureau,also with the principal and coaches of Malong county sports race walking schools.At last, through SPSS and Excel to collectdata for the mathematical analysis.Research contents and conclusions: according to the study summary of theperformance of training athletic and walking race talents in Ma Long county, tostatistics, from1995to2014the talents reserve of Ma long county began to makesome proud athletic achievements, now among the athletes of Ma Long county thereare two world class athletes Linzewen and Zhaochengliang, then, there are eightnational athletes Wuchaocai, Gaojiafu, Gaoyunbing,Chenyunlong,Wanhjiali,Zarongchao,Yangtao and Liujian, the goal of training talents is mostlypracticing institution and supply talents to the colleges and universities, with thedevelopment of Ma long county, the pattern of training the athletic talents in MaLong county has gone through three stages-exploring, developing and formativeperiod.According to the component factors of patterns of training athletic talents in Ma long county, and analyzing the mutual relationships of the factors.
