What kind of people to cultivate is a fundamental issue for the development of Chinese socialist education. University is the national base of cultivating talents, the contemporary college students are very valuable talent resources, is the hope of the nation and the future of the motherland. How is the ideological and political quality, the scientific and cultural quality and the psychological quality, and whether the college students can grow up, is directly related to our international competitive position and the future development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The objectives of ideological and political education is the banner and direction of ideological and political education for college students, it can provide correct guidance function for the ideological and political education of college students, and to correct the incorrect behavior of the Ideological and political education in a timely manner, unite the forces and get the moving in the direction of development.
