Government promulgated the plan about China’s medium and long-term education reform and development for (2010-2020) in2010, the article clearly put forward that the education reform and development goal is to create a high quality professional teachers, in order to achieve this goal, the ministry of education rely on the pedagogic law of the People’s Republic of China and the compulsory education law of the People’s Republic of China, made the high school teachers’ professional standard (trial), The standard from the teachers’ professional philosophy and ethics of professional knowledge Professional ability of the three dimensions of middle school teachers, including the basic professional requirement, how to apply these standards to middle school teachers’ evaluation work, how to regulate teachers’ education teaching activities, and promote the professional development of teachers. This is very important and urgent issue Therefore, this article from the professional ability of middle school teachers’ professional standards of this dimension and the evaluation standard of middle school teachers’ professional ability evaluation methods and evaluation material to carry on the analysis and design. In order to improve the teachers’ evaluation of the scientific nature and feasibility,some reference and Suggestions is necessary.This paper is divided into fifth partsThe first chapter is the introduction part.Firstly this part analyzes the research background and research meaning of teachers’ quality evaluation, and put forward to the purpose this paper, we study the purpose and significance; Followed by literature review, the part briefly lists for teacher evaluation and significance which we have study in this paper research status at home and abroad; The third part is about two related concepts of this article, namely the teachers quality appraisal evaluation index is defined the last part is introduced in this paper. The last part is introduced the research ideas and methods which have adapt in the paper.The second chapter is the theory basis and principles that middle school teachers’ quality evaluation.Including the two basic theories about teacher’s evaluation developmental teachers evaluation and formative evaluation theory, as well as, to analysis the basic principle in the process of teschers’evaluation.The third chapter is a middle school teacher’s professional ability of index analysis, It is also the most important part and the core of this article This part is set in the ministry of education of middle school teachers’ professional standard (trial), on the basis of the indicators of teachers’ professional abilities have made further elaboration, and have proposed the degree requirements, In addition, for the weight and influence factors of each index made a corresponding analysis.The fourth chapter is the middle school teachers’ professional ability evaluation tool and method, that mainly introduces several kinds of commonly used evaluation methods:file cover classroom observation to evaluate teachers’ development.Teachers’ self evaluation, and others evaluation on the basis of the analysis of the different professional ability evaluation index have corresponding evaluation tools and means.The fifth chapter is a high school teacher’s professional ability assessment that required the material analysis, start from the object of providing materials in the chapter enumerated several kind of assessment are needed materials, The combination of middle school teachers’ professional evaluation standards and methods try to improve the operability of teacher’s professional ability evaluation work.
