The production and development of aerobics origins from the humanity’s pursuitof physical health and beauty, Calisthenics isclosely related with the human’saesthetic standard formation.As one in the world has been the rapid development ofthe sport, one important reason is that it contain the unique esthetic value. In order tobetter improve Aerobics development and study Aerobics this unique aesthetic value,,we must fully understand the aesthetic value of aerobics, to meet people’s physicaland psychological needs. If Aerobics is not enough emphasis on aesthetic value, itwill affect the development of Aerobics. Through research, aerobics teaching process, the implementation of aesthetic functionality is a good effect, to carry out aesthetic function has been positiveaffirmation of the students and teachers.
