University of Phoenix is one of the United States and the United States the world’s adult education network in the most influential university, it seeks to cultivate talents with specialized professional skills for the target on the educational philosophy curriculum development and content on the market and the needs of students oriented and focus on selection and training of teachers, as well as its open way of teaching, learning support services superior and efficient evaluation model and perfect quality assurance system, are unique. In the school of Networking Academy, whether it is the organization and management of teaching, teachers, or curriculum, learning support services, there are many problems. Therefore, the successful experience of the University of Phoenix American school system to solve our problems in the network Colleges, Institute for the development of China’s network has important reference. The third part describes the development process, as well as some problems running our existing network College.The fourth part to starting school system, detailed summary of the revelation of the University of Phoenix Online College in the United States.
