Democracy and equality on behalf of vocabulary is remarkable in today’s society,the modernization of China and the world’s focus reflected in the pursuit of democracy,women gradually made an important part of the same right to education as men butalso the democratization of China. Nowadays, girls reach school age attend school inseems people are taken for granted, but only a hundred years ago in China, this is anunacceptable phenomenon. Which produces and establishes gone through a tortuousprocess but continue to move forward. In this study, literature, through the end of theQing "female profession bell","Shenzhou women reported","Women’s World" and"The Globe Education Anthology" and other raw materials, summarize the socialattitude of the right to education for women, analyzes China Women’s right toeducation produce; to "play set woman charter school","Prince Guichou academic" asthe main body, combing the deepening and development of women’s right to educationarising from the historical process and its connotation.Part I: Introduction, describes the problem of the origin, significance, reviewrelevant research, research methods and theoretical significance associated with theoriginal data.Part II: Analysis of modern Chinese women’s right to education backgroundgenerated. Mainly through three aspects: first, the rise of modern science and women’sright to education women produce; Second, the need for women’s right to educationproduced; Third, women’s right to education generates attribution analysis,Part III: Modern Women’s Right to Education combing content developmentcourse. Summarized in the following five aspects: First, the fundamental rights ofwomen to go to school; second, to increase the content of the right to education; Third,the right to higher education level; fourth, right coeducational; fifth, study abroadrights.Part IV: demonstration of modern women the right to education is established.Divided into the following three aspects: first, the establishment of the modernwomen’s right to education system; Second, an important way to establish the modernwoman’s right to education; Third, the historical significance of the establishment ofthe modern women’s right to education.
