Since the reform and opening-up, China’s level of economic growth rapidly, and people’s material living standards greatly improved. But the students’ physique and lifestyle-related issues has aroused wide concern. In response to this situation, the Ministry of Education, the State General Administration of sport and the Communist Youth League Central Committee, started in a timely manner across the country,"millions of students go to sunshine sports". Our leaders make a call for the majority of the young students out of the classroom, enjoy the sun, and participate in physical exercise actively on the playground.On April27,2010, the Ministry of Education issued the third file [2010] that combine with PE and art, commended the decision of the recognition of national advanced County Sun sports. Only Chenghua district, jiangyou city and Yibin City in Sichuan province being selected for the Sunshine Sports counties listed which in top100. Jiangyou city in Sichuan province is the earthquake-stricken area, which elected to the counties of top100, more distinctive to their research. This paper through field visits, expert interviews, questionnaires and other methods to investigate and analysis of the present situation development of Jiangyou city. There are three representative primary schools, for example, to find out the good results and shortcomings, sum up and explore the experience and formal, investigate the necessity and feasibility of long-term mechanism.Sunshine sports of the Jiangyou city carry out a comprehensive activity to promote quality education, strengthen the school sports, effectively contribute to the students’ active participation in exercise, and eliminate the shadow of the earthquake effectively.Schools establish some regulations for "sunshine physical education", provide a guarantee for the smooth development of the Sunshine Sports, and effectively improve the students’ physical health; Combining Education and Development Features, aimed at Sunny Sports to develop a long-term operating mechanism, prompting Sunny Sports to a happy and healthy field.
