Research On Individualized Service Of National Cultural Education Resources

China is a country with an ancient civilization, which has a long history,56ethnic groups and a variety of resources of national cultures. The resources of thenational cultures are not only the crystallization of wisdom of all ethnic groups, butalso treasures of human civilization. With the development of network andinformation technology, protection, utilization and inheriting of these ethnic culturalresources face unprecedented opportunities, but also have to be confronted with thechallenges brought by the construction of informatization. With these culturalresources as the foundation, research on the construction of national culture resources,personalized resource service, realization of cultural resource protection, and theirsorting, development and sharing and the development of cultural industry in nationaldigital, are of great significance for our national culture, improvement of building aharmonious society, and promotion of our the national cohesion and a sense ofnational pride as well.This paper，in accordance with related researches of the Key Laboratory ofEducational Information for Nationalities, Ministry of Education, China, togetherwith my internship and practice there, studies concept and definition of nationalculture and education resources, theoretical basis of personalized service usermodeling technology and personalized recommendation technology, builds theprototype system of personalized service of national culture and educationresources，and aims to develop such a prototype system.The paper is divided into six chapters:Chapter One Introduces the background and significance of the research andputs forward the research content of national culture and education resource servicepersonalization through the analysis of information technology and modern educationinformationization background, current situation both at home and abroad about theeducation resources of personalized service.Chapter Two Through the analysis of the concepts of national culture, resources, cultural resources, educational resources, education of national cultureresources etc., summarizes the preliminary concepts of national culture, nationalculture education resource personalized education resource service And introducesthe related concepts and theoretical basis of personalized service.Chapter Three Does a research on user model of personalized service ofnational culture and education resources, mainly studies and concludes the relatedtheories of user model, collecting method of user information behaviors and so on. Itanalyses due methods of establishing user interest model of national culture educationresources, which based on ontology. Also, it constructs the ontology of nationalculture and education resources.Chapter Four Information recommendation technology of personalizedservice of national culture and education resources is studied in this chapter.Moreover, it focuses on analyzing the theories, concepts, classification and relatedproblems of information recommendation technology,, finally discovering that byproperly combining content-based recommender systems and collaborative filtering,it can lead to the formation of an integrated mode of content-based collaborativefiltering, avoiding the defects of single recommendation model as a complement toeach other.Chapter Five It is about construction and development of personalized servicemode of national culture and education resources, analyzing the system demand ofpersonalized service of national culture and education resources, designing thesystem function module, looking into personalized recommendation service and pushservice function in terms of their functions, structuring the prototype system ofpersonalized service of national culture and education resources. According to theconstruction of the prototype system and application development, at present theservice platform has achieved most of its functions, working normally, but thefunction is not perfect and needs further research and development.Chapter Six To summarize the finished work, put forward the problems andlooking forward to its promising future.
