At present, knowledge-based economy is developing rapidly. Governments are fullyaware of the competition of comprehensive national strength that is essentially the talentcompetition. Personnel training depends on education, and high-quality teachers is animportant condition to ensure quality education. Since the trend of teacher professionalizat--ion, countries have become the direction of teacher professionalization efforts. Reflectionis the important means and method of achieving teacher professional development, andreflective teacher is beyond of technical teacher, and they pay more attention to thereflection of teaching practice. It has become one of important trends to cultivate reflectiveteachers in the current teachers’ education development. Under the background ofintegration of teacher education, the infiltrating or moving forward from the developmentof reflective teachers to the education pro-service is the general trend. Thus to improveteachers’ reflection consciousness and ability, certainly should start from the cultivation ofcollege students. This paper is from the perspective of the students to discuss thecultivation of reflective teachers, known as the reflective teachers’ pre-service training.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is introduction, which has introduced the reasons for selecting this topic,research state of this problem in both at home and abroad. The definition of the relevantmain concepts in this thesis and the research methods. This is the basis and foundation ofthis thesis.The second part, first of all, to clarify the characteristics of reflective teacher, thepaper elaborates the factors that is motional factor, cognitive factor and will factor. Then itexpounds the feasibility and the significance of the reflective teachers’ pre-service training.The third part, it discusses a number of factors which fetter the reflective teachers’pre-service training. And the factors include two aspects of the school environment andpre-service teachers themselves. Then it deeply analyses the reason of the yoke of factorsthat exist. Last part, according to the analysis of the causes of the above, this article makes anumber of suggestions through concept approach, theory approach, interpersonal relations--hip and action approach of reflective teachers’ pre-service training suggestions are putforward.
