Under new social circumstances, our college student unions are facingmuch new situations and many new problems. In view of these changes, howto locate student union reasonably and how to conquer more campus marketshare and how to foster ability of members is a task that needs to be workedout urgently. Based on the analysis of present problem, this thesis putsforward the new type of pattern that college student union should reformto be.The sixteenth National Congress proposed a new social developmenttheory of forming a learning society in which all the people will learnor even pursue life-long education, and which will boost their all-rounddevelopment. A learning organization refers to an organization or agroup which attaches importance to learning, transmission, utilization,and innovation, and which is united strongly, and full of life. Therefore,to establish learning organization is an innovation in the history ofcollege management. To form the learning students union is one of thecompulsive options for the development of students’ organization in thecollege. Therefore, in order to solve the existing problem of thestudents’ union, and to improve the develop pattern of the student union,it is very important and necessary to establish a learning students-union.
