Community Workers Involved In Training Research

As Chinese government continues to push forward the urbanization process, community is becoming the accumulation points of various social groups , the intersection of a variety of interests, the foothold of various social organizations and the support point of the ruling Party in the city .Community is the basic unit of society, and only community harmony can harmonious society have a solid foundation.Building harmonious community, the key is to establish and improve a high-quality community workers team .This what needs for the progress of the times, but also what needs for the development of the situation .In the construction process of the high-quality community workers team, the government power can not be ignored.With the continuing need of development in the reform and opening process, the government is not only vigorously promoting social and economic reform, but also increasing inner reform. The government is gradually transiting from the managed government as a public service government, become increasing decentralization, enhanced quality of grassroots level staff capacity. In the city, it is reflected in the ability to continuously enhance the quality of community workers .This important initiative the government introduced ,on the one hand help to improve grass-roots staff working for the majority of the people and service awareness ,on the other hand the government is also implementing the party's policy and guidelines, to serve the people better.What's more in the long term, improve the capacity of community workers, will make community work smoothly ,will enhance integration within the community residents ,and be better for improving job satisfaction for community of community residents .These are conducive to the building of whole harmonious society ,and thus play a good role for promoting the emerging civil society development.In fact ,since the mid-1980s,our country has begun to explore the community building , got along with social development , community workers capacity building have gradually put on the important work of the government agenda. Follow many kinds of ideas which impact government on introducing policies. Take exemplify in Fang Cao neighborhood office of Chengdu, illustrate the impact of the training community workers after the introduction of participatory training, illustrate the impact on community workers capacity building and the impact on the harmonious community building .In the course of evaluation the training influence, I introduce the four levels of evaluation models that is Kirkpatrick Model which presented by human resources experts Donald. L. Kirkpatrick. Using case study method, put to use the training and interview to obtain information and the case for related analysis. Hope to provide a reference role for other regions of community workers training.
