Effective Learning Mechanism Based On Network Data Mining Research

Web-based learning is being recognized as a new approach by more and more people, online learning has its unique advantages and development potential. It has four elements-learner, teacher, network course and learning environment, each factor and the relationship between them will affect the effectiveness of learning,with its increasing popularity, focus on the effectiveness of learning is particularly important. This issue is currently more carried out by speculative research, this study intends to do empirical research and apply data mining technology. Data mining is an important branch of computer intelligence science research, and becoming a hot area of research in recent years, it is a key step in knowledge discovery, which can obtain valid information from the data. The application of data mining techniques in web-based learning can effectively explore the learning mechanism, and provide services to learners, teachers, curriculum developers and managers in the net environment, thus guiding them teaching and learning practices, in order to improve online teaching management and learning performance.This study takes "modern educational technology" network course, selects 2007 master and educational postgraduate as the research object of ShannXi Normal University for example, from the perspective of the learner, learning behavior of learner as a starting point, analyze the effectiveness from multiple perspective. The study use database design tool PowerDesigner sort and select information, including the database of learners record information, curriculum and resource information, learning behavior information, and a variety of interactive information, and analyze relevant data and the logical relationship between the data. With Visio. Excel Chart and Sql Server ReportBuilder achieve data collation and analysis. PartⅢ:Application of data mining to analyze the effective learning mechanism of e-learningFirst. carries out data mining problems definition, data collection, the data pre-processing and standardized, applies classification algorithm, clustering algorithm and association rule algorithms to establish application model. Decision tree analysis method is used to analyze group learning differences, evaluate and interpret results of excavation, analyze the causes of the differences from learner-related factors. Then use cluster analysis to analyze behavior characteristics of the learners, and finally analyzes the relationship between learning behavior and learning effectiveness with association rule method, on this basis, explores the differences of web-based learning and affecting factors of learning effectiveness, predicts the behavior of effective learning.
