Free Education For Students To Learn The Status Of Research

Since the free education to education students at normal universities was put forward in Premier Wen Jiabao' Report on the Work of the Government at the Fifth Session of the 10(superscript) National People's Congress in March,2007, the cultivation of Tuition-free Normal College Students attract great attention of all circles of the society. At present, with the first graduate generation of Tuition-free Normal College Students at six normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education being finishing their study and stepping into society, these students' study situation and performance become a highlight of education researchers and administratorsThis paper adopted many research methods such as questionnaire, participating and observing, literature searching and interviewing etc.According to the sample survey of 600 free normal students from the normal university of Shaanxi province, we analyze from six aspects including the general status of their study style, classroom instruction, the situation of the self-study, learning achievement, extracurricular work and future development intention, etc. We hope this will actually reflect the real study status of the normal college students under tuition-free education system to achieve some relational enlightenment, so as to offer some reference for improving cultivating quality of the Tuition-free normal college students and go on to perfect the Tuition-free normal education policy.The research framework of this paper is as follows:PartⅡ, Introduction. This part mainly revealed the accounts of choosing this subject; the meaning and present status of the research; ideas and methods of researching included. In addition, it also gives definition to some relational key concepts.PartⅡ, The analysis of the tuition-free normal college students' study in the Shaanxi Normal University. This part firstly summarized the actualizing status of Tuition-free normal education in the university, and listed the main steps they adopted systematically. Then, using the statistical tool, the paper carried out the holistic approach and variation analysis of the tuition-free normal students' study. PartⅢ, investigating results and analysis of the causes. Combined with the former part, this part brought out the major features of their study and analyzed the formative factors.PartⅣ, the enlightenments and suggestions. Based on the analysis and argument, this paper suggested starting from the three aspects--the nation, the university and the tuition-free normal students, that is to say, we should perfect the tuition-free normal student policy, strengthen the ideology and politics education; optimize the free normal student cultivating management system; reform the teacher educating mode; strive to improve the campus cultural quality; guide the tuition-free normal college students to improve themselves consciously. All those mentioned above is to make the normal college students' study status better and improve the quality of bringing up the tuition-free normal students.
