Along with our country economy level unceasing enhancement, the demand for elderly people aged from satisfies physical demand has to more advanced level of demand level.2011, the country's aging amendments, plans will be legally binding the spiritual support, in order to ensure the elderly in a dependent psychological needs. Domestic concern over the problem for elderly endowment mainly concentrated in urban aged group and use collective support way, and the elderly population aged mostly rural elderly group of older aged and home to most of the rural elderly people, so the pension problem has more important social legal meaning and practical value.Rural elderly home endowment the core issue is old man and children's support relationship. So in support of the contract become dependent relationship between the main contents. Further investigation found on elderly happiness its main effect is a kind of support contract of recessive psychological contract. This article aims to explore influence factors of elderly subjective happiness and support of contents of the psychological contract and structure rule.Methods Using stratified random sampling method from Jining rural areas extraction 260 home endowment old people, and carried on the questionnaire survey to 42 home endowments the elderly conducted semi-structured in-depth interviews. SPSS18.0 does on a questionnaire results using statistical analysis of the content analysis, interviews.Results This study in mathematical statistics and analysis on qualitative interview results are as follows:①Male the old people in subjective happiness is superior to women aged group.②The elderly live with his wife than "widowed or divorced community groups are" old age stronger subjective well-being.③Healthy elderly people with chronic disease than the elderly subjective well-being high.④In 66 to 75 of the elderly population ages, and subjective happiness minimum age for 60 to 65 years old people subjective happiness is the highest.⑤Per capita income in the elderly, than 1,500 Yuan per capita income in between 800 to 1500 Yuan of the old people and less than 800 Yuan per capita monthly income elderly groups of subjective well-being in turn decrease.⑥And children living nearest than old people live with their children from general the old people have higher subjective well-being.⑦Period of hunger in the security of low-income children aged group and support the psychological contract content more inclined to economy, etc, and income low demand levels are relatively high, well-off standard of living in old people pay more attention to the psychological contract of spiritual level higher psychological need.⑧Support the content of the psychological contract by the elderly and children living environment and important life event, while the effect of present diversity and particularity.
