The quality analysis of examination is important in examination management. Dealing with the results of examination can help us completely understand,evaluate the examination and feed back the information of propositions of examination. Through analyzing test papers,we can understand how much knowledge students have obtained ,hence that teachers can improve their way to perform. Beside this,we can also get feed back about the paper quality so that we can revise or screen some questions, establish the question bank and make the test more standard.This research elaborates in the first place the research significance and basic situation of paper quality analysis,secondly defines some related concepts in the research into paper quality analysis and summarizes the related education test theory by consulting massive related literature; then it expounds four aspects of reliability,validity,difficulty and distinction degree testing the examination objectivity standard, expecially expounds the distinction degree and proposes the supplement views based on my own thinking and questioning; there follows a complete real diagnosis analysis study to the paper quality, for instance, combined with the Shanghai Jincai High School students'exam results, so as to provide the teachers with the reference in operation and a basic model for quality analysis of examination; finally ponders the research process, pointing out future research directions.The innovation of this article lies in four aspects of reliability,validity,difficulty and distinction degree, not only gives them elaboration but also elaborates the reciprocity among them,especially proposes two viewpoints:1.Using Coefficient of Variation as an index of distinction degree as a supplement of the method computating discrimination;2.More information is feed back by unifying distinction degree with Item Characteristic Curve.
