Mathematics is the basic disciplines in the stage of school education,mathematics learning whether success or not will be directly related to other disciplines score, however, later in the middle school, the differentiation in the students' mathematical learning becomes serious, the lower problem increasingly highlights, become a very tough question in education research. To discuss the differences in non-intellective factors between the super and the lower in middle school, and find a way to transform the lower become very important.On the basis of literature research, This article first defined the main concepts: the super and the lower. Secondly, an overview of related subjects in domestic and abroad to discover unsolved problems in the present study. And on this basis, propose the research topic in this article. The theoretical basis are:learning interest theory, learning motive theory and learning attitude theory. Compiled for the required questionnaire, and then conducted a questionnaire survey for junior middle school students in three aspects of learning interest, learning motivation and learning attitude.The survey results were analyzed and compared, we found that the lower's learning interest, learning motive and learning attitude are generally inferior to the super, and then found that we can provide certain help for the lower's transformation, through training and motivating the lower's interest in learning mathematics, strengthening the mathematical learning motivation and the transformation of mathematical learning attitude. According to the survey findings, this paper put forward some teaching proposals from the aspects of the teaching idea and teaching practice to transform the lower students. Mainly include:choosing good teaching materials, stimulating students' thirst for knowledge; creating problems teaching situation, enhancing the students' ability of self-choice; attention should be combined with practice, cultivating the students'inquisition independent competence; paying attention to students' mutual cooperation study, improving classroom teaching forms; implementing teaching with layers, strengthening students' experience of success; combing the layer teaching in class and the individual instruction outside the classroom; adopting multiplex evaluation method, improving the assessment criteria for classroom teaching, timely praising and encouraging; timely feedback, guiding the students to carry on the correct attributions.
