Optimization of the teachers'professional quality structure is the basic way to the teachers'professional development. Research in the field of education is often affected by the impact of Positivism and Scientism for a long time. To the study of teachers' professional quality structure, Researchers often pursue teachers'"professionalism" by the impact of Positivism, highlight the professional attributes; under the influence of scientism, the researchers prefer to analyze the content of teachers'professional quality, always misread the teachers'professional quality structure. In fact, it is the existing shortcomings on the study of teachers'professional quality structure. For the field of educational research, it is not just a lack or a pity, but also needs to be changed in urgency. This study suggests that the structure of teachers'professional quality must break the above two models in order to achieve a breakthrough. In the research, we should emphasis on demonstration and science.This research suggests that the teachers'professional structure is not just a simple piece together of each professional quality, each professional quality has its own core elements, and also a whole structure, they permeate each other. This study based on previous studies, analyzes the existing problems on teachers'professional quality, and finally tries to establish some ways on optimization of teachers'professional structure.This study is divided into three parts. In the first part I proposed the origin of this study; made clear of some related concepts and declared literature review, cleared methods of the study, pointed out the innovation and lack of the study. This study suggested that the teaching profession is a growing profession; it is accepted by society as a "must professional", even though there are still some arguments on whether the teaching professional is a major. Technical teachers rely on the development and education of teachers. The most fundamental is the optimization of the teachers' professional quality. We say that teachers'professional quality structure is the existence statement of teachers'professional quality. It is cleared by the teachers'effective teaching methods. This paper carried on research on teachers'professional quality structure is based on the theory of teachers'professional development, the theory of teachers'education and the theory of effective teaching. In the second part, based on the previous study on teachers'professional quality structure, I do some realistic inspection on teachers'professional quality. Reviewing of previous research, I found that the study on the content of teachers'professional quality mainly in professional knowledge, professional competence and professional affection. In this study, the questionnaire is still mainly in the professional knowledge, professional competence and professional affection, but the main highlight parts is the core elements of the teachers'professional quality, and do some investigation and analysis on these core elements. Surveys show that there are many problems in the teachers'professional quality:lack of professional affection, poor ability on overall reflection, imbalance of professional knowledge. We can describe them more specific: poor ability of teachers'self-identity, lack of professional excellence, professional development, poor awareness, lack of professional guidance and active reflective consciousness; the teachers'professional knowledge has not reinforced, the consciousness of guide practice by theory has not strengthened. These existing problems on teachers'professional quality mainly due to the traditional education system, the disappearance on the value of traditional education. teachers'poor awareness of their own professional development and a number of barriers of role responsibilities.In the third part of the paper. I proposed some basic ways to optimize the teachers' professional quality structure and optimization framework based on the theory of teachers'professional development, the theory of teachers'education and the theory of effective teaching, against the existing problems in the teachers'professional quality. Given the development status of teachers- professional quality, optimization of the teachers'professional quality is imperative. Value appeal of teachers'professional quality is the filling of the core teaching value in teaching. Basic ways including: achieve a healthy communication between external habitat and a conscious mind; demonstrate creative teaching to inspire teachers'internal driving on the optimization of the teachers'professional structure; strengthen teachers'self-reflective ability and enhance the awareness of the teachers'professional quality; teachers'education is an important means in order to achieve the structure optimization; the integration of resource is an external support to the teachers'professional quality.
