With the rapid development of information technology, computer technology and Internet knowledge of modern information communication and knowledge means learning network learning mode gradually by people. Learners learning has become the main way in this new way of learning but also bring convenience to education has brought some new problems:. Network Learning has been the main way in education. Providing the convenience for network learning, it brings about some new problems. The main problem is the phenomenon of getting lost in network learning. Learning process is also a way of spreading, since the propagation of learning is, in theory, and dissemination of learning to be just as bound to the four elements, but in real life we do have and dissemination of learning similar to the four elements, they Are teachers, students, network transmission equipment, network learning content.The article investigated the phenomenon, analysted its causes, and therefore suggested the countermeasures to boost the consistent development of education.Emerging as a new era of learning a learning mechanism, its properties can be summarized as information transfer and sharing mechanisms for changes in the way of information representation and processing of changes in interpersonal communication interaction changes. Its deep sense, these features help to achieve a virtual schooling model, open technology, to achieve cooperation and inquiry teaching model to promote the school and community reintegration. Communication is a subject, learning is a process, a process of dissemination of knowledge, dissemination of information exchange, is a human activity, the purpose of communication is to change accordingly. From the perspective of network communication in the learning process and the various elements of the main problems.This thesis consists of 6 chapters: Chapter I:Introduction. By studying the background and literature review paper, with the communication point of view of the need for learning processes, and introduced the idea of this research, content and methods;Chapter II:Learning and communication on the relationship between the theoretical study. Introduces the network of learning content, based on the conceptual definition of the network environment, the interpretation of the learning process, and clarifies the theoretical basis of this study, in which activity theory, system theory, network and learning the three basic interaction Theoretical, learning community theory and the many perspectives of effective teaching-learning model for building both a theoretical support;Chapter III:Learning on the network status, characteristics and problems of analysis. Using questionnaires and interviews to understand the status of network teaching, data collection and processing, data analysis and survey results;Chapter IV:On the effectiveness of learning. In the third chapter of the foundation, through specific research, analysis of problems in learning and the effectiveness of the learning process.Chapter V:Interfere with learning in the factor analysis, with the communication mode of transmission, the network learning process of information transfer channels and the presence of various kinds of interference, and propose solutions;Chapter VI:The conclusions of this study. We summarizes the results of this thesis, as well as inadequate with a view to the vast network educators to provide reference.
