Students Implicit Socialist Core Values ​​of The Experimental Study

Values are the core elements of culture, but also the vital concept of individual mental world. Values of individual or group's reflect the mental condition of personal and groups' behavior and even the whole society. More important, it can restrict the development of individual or group society explaining and perfecting. The implicit socialist core values are the form or a level of the socialist core values. To study the implicit socialist core values not only enriches the structure of the socialist core values and the values of the level, but also expands the area of implicit social cognition's content. College students are the future of China; to investigate their socialist core values helps to trace the trend of development of college students' values. The implicit socialist core values of college students are the core of this study. This study tried to research college students' socialist core values from the contrast of implicit and explicit values, in order to find out the true state of college students' socialist core values, and to explore the structure of college students' socialist core values.This study used the theory of implicit social cognition and research methods to carry out two experiments for the research purpose. In the PDP experiments,26 words of socialist core values and 26 neutral words were selected as the experiment material; then 61 college students took part in the experiment as examinees. This design means to prove that there are two separate levels of college students' socialist core values, moreover that there exists implicit socialist core values of college students' socialist core values. In the GNAT experiment,26 words of socialist core values and 18 attribute words were designed in compatible and incompatible experimental condition to search the character of college students'implicit socialist core values; then 52 college students took part in the experiment as examinees. Finally, this study compared the implicit and explicit socialist core values, to analyses the relationship between the two, but also to find further evidence of the existence of implicit socialist core values.The results of this study show that:1. In the analysis of the contribution rate for test scores, the results showed that there was significant difference between conscious and unconscious contributions; the contribution of conscious was remarkable higher than unconscious. In the analysis of the two types of materials, the results showed there was extremely significant difference in the contribution of the test results between conscious and unconscious contributions, and the contribution of the test results was mainly from the unconscious. There was two separate information extraction process (conscious and unconscious) in college students'socialist core values. This means that there are implicit and explicit socialist core values of college students as well.2. Participations'd'of socialist core values words in incompatible combine experiment was significantly higher than in incompatible combine task. The connection between socialist core values and positive attribute words was more closely; Participations has positive attitude towards the implicit socialist core values evaluation. There was significant difference between different experiment conditions in reaction time, of socialist core values words. The reaction time in compatible experiment condition was significantly lower than the incompatible experiment condition. College students' implicit socialist core values are positive orientated. There were no significant gender differences in implicit socialist core values of college students.3. In the related analysis of scores between explicit and implicit socialist core values, the results showed that the comparison between each explicit component and implicit values is not significantly different. The correlation between implicit socialist core values and explicit socialist core values was very was weak, even could be regarded as irrelevant. There were two relatively independent implicit and explicit structure of college students'socialist core value system. Gender differences in socialist core values of the college students had no significant effect.
