Conic is an essential part in senior school mathematics teaching .The research on conic teaching has been paid more and more attention since new curiculum standard published.The new curiculum standard makes some adjustments not only on the content, but also on the teaching requirements. It puts out clearly that information technology can be used to assist the conic teaching progress. With the successful development of the Super Sketchpad, the researches for the Super Sketchpad are playing much important roles in the newspapers and magazines.This paper is spreaded out at the basis of the above contents.In the first chapter,the background, the currently main problems and the methods used in research are discussed. The results of previous studies on the Super Sketchpad assisting teaching are also summarized .The author classify the summary into three part: drawing graphics and animation about conic by the Super Sketchpad , strategys and notices in conic teaching. However there is little research in conic teaching with the Super Sketchpad.In the second chapter,notices in conic teaching with the Super Sketchpad are put forward combined the content and requirements in the new curiculum standard and features of the Super Sketchpad.In the third chapter,the author investigates teachers in senior school on senior conic teaching aided by the Super Sketchpad to know more about the current teaching situation.From the investigate, we can see that even though there are a lot of teachers using the Super Sketchpad to aid teaching, only a little teachers can use it in standard.The author find that there are three main causes: lack of preparation before class, confusion in when and how to guide students in teaching and insufficiency of reflection and evaluation after class.Otherwise, teachers'lever in computer and educational philosophy play an important role in teaching progress.In the fourth chapter , the author makes a discussion on senior conic teaching aided by the Super Sketchpad based on the oretical analysis and empirical research,and puts out some corresponding teaching requirements that include:teacher leaded and student centered method, scientific and artistic union method, information technology and traditional teaching combining method,intelligent graphic and manual drawing union method, correct application of the Super Sketchpad and improving the operational level.Meanwhile the prepared strategies before teaching , teaching strategies in ellipse, hyperbola and parabola,reflected and evaluated strategies after teaching are put forward.The author also focusing on the knowledge system of conical section with the functions and characteristics of the Super Sketchpad, puts forward to the commonly used teaching models of the Super Sketchpad auxiliary conical section teaching, namely teacher demonstrating model, teacher student interactive learning model, network group cooperative model, individual counseling teaching model, analogy teaching model, and expounds the advantages and disadvantages of each mode and its usage scope precautions.In the fifth chapter,the experiment consists the following parts: experimental purpose,experimental design, experimental process, experimental results and thoughts after the experiment. This experiment uses equal groups design of before and after to test the superiority of analogous teaching model which based on the Super Sketchpad in teaching. Combined with the author's personal teaching experiences and understanding about the Super Sketchpad, the author introduces the experiment methods in detail.The result of the experiment:First,basing on the Super Sketchpad, the analogy teaching model can obviously improve the students'independent learning ability, knowledge migration ability and academic record; Second,basing on the Super Sketchpad, the analogy teaching model in conic teaching is feasible.Third,basing on the Super Sketchpad,the analogy teaching model in conic teaching is recognised by the students.In the sixth chapter,the author reflects the whole research process from teaching practice and points out some deficiencies and put forward the ideas for the next research.Of course ,we should notice that the Super Sketchpad,as a tool in teaching ,has limited functions as well as the other medias.It's not better than others in every aspect.We should not regard it as an-purpose tool or skill.Instead,we should also pay attention to the study and use of other medias in teaching.
