New Curriculum Reform in the "development of students mathematical application consciousness" as one of the basic concept of the new curriculum, high school math courses should be made to provide basic content of the actual background, reflecting the application value of mathematics and carrying out "Mathematical Modeling" of the learning activities ; To establish an important application of mathematical topics reflecting the curriculum so that students can experience the function of solving practical problems, strengthen the relationship between mathematics, daily life and other subjects, and promote the gradual awareness of practical ability of the formation and development of students mathematical application. However, in our daily teaching, the teachers do not attach great importance to the teaching part of the application problems very much, causing high school students'being relatively weak in sense of mathematical applications and the low ability to solve the practical problems, resulting in a lot of obstacles in learning of math word problems for the students. To see the obstacles and the causes in learning math word problems and develop appropriate teaching strategies, I put forward the present project.For the high school students with learning disabilities on math word problems based on theoretical analysis, I believe that learning disabilities about the high school math word problems refers to the high school students of normal intelligence have significant difficulty in the comprehension of math word problems, modeling, the operations of the calculation and the translation of the results, etc. In recent years, according to my own teaching experience and the exchange with some teachers and individual students as well as the access to a large number of materials and the related materials on the basis of classification, induction and consolidation, I design and make up the questionnaire about students in learning math word problems, and the application of the test in Volume I and Volume II. Then I carried out the survey for some of the students taught in my school about learning the word problems. After the survey, I marked every questionnaire seriously and carefully, classified and summed up some thoughts and difficulties for the students'learning math word problems by topics and analyzed the results respectively; after the receipt of all papers, marking each paper in earnest, based on the combination test students in solving function model, plane analytic geometry model, series model, inequality (group) model, permutation and combination models, probabilistic model several types of applications the main problem occurs when the errors and obstacles, respectively, by application questions model to summarize and organize, and then classified the test results and statistically analyzed. On the basis of summarizing, sorting, statistics and analysis the data of the questionnaires, I believe that high school students'main obstacles in learning math word problems are affection barriers, mathematics barriers in comprehension of math word problems, mathematical model building barriers and the barriers about the translation of the results and the operations of calculation.After understanding the main barriers and difficulties that high school students have in learning math word problems, I analyzed various causes of them respectively. Then I proposed to the important strategies of overcoming the corresponding mathematical word problems for the high school students with learning disabilities: to overcome the emotional barriers, enhance problem-solving confidence; emphasis on reading comprehension and improve the cognitive level; focus on language translation, develop modeling capabilities and attention to mental training, increased computing power.
