Historical Investigation And Theoretical Analysis Of The Performance Concept

The development of scientific concept will help us establish a correct view of achievements. The Parties'Seventeenth Congress report pointed out the first prerequisite for the scientific development concept is the development,the core is people-oriented,the basic requirement is comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable,the basic method is overall consideration. This is not only the re-quirements of scientific development,but also changes'requirements on the performance concept. The creating of performance must base on people-orien-ted,reflecting the value of people and achieving comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development for community.This thesis consists of three parts.The first part is the historical investiga-tion for performance. This parts mainly states from the personnel selection, performance evaluation scope and focus of performance evaluation. From study of those three parts we draw on several common assessment criteria. The second part is theory of performance and the performance concept. This part mainly in-cludes the creation of the main body,the purpose of creating performance,and discusses the significance of a correct view of achievements and analysis of the current performance problems in the field of view. The third part proposed sci-entific thought and ideas for establishing the correct view and the establishment of performance evaluation system. We listed the proposed solutions accordingly.
