The Theoretical Characteristics Of The Scientific Concept Of Development

Since the inception of Communist Party of China, it has unremitting struggled for the goal of national prosperity, rejuvenation of nation, the people's happiness, social harmony and development. Especially after they are in power, they have carried out a long-term thinking and painstaking exploration about how to find a suitable path for China's national conditions for social development, what is socialism and how to build socialism, how to consolidate and develop it. The CPC central committee with Comrade Hu Jin tao specifically proposed that we should adhere to the "people-oriented, establishing comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept" and promote the overall development of economic society and human, which is so far the latest understanding of Chinese Communist Party in the development issues and development theory. It has further answered the major problem of achieving what kind of development, how to develop, which is the latest achievements of Marxism in China, and endowed the theory of Marxism on the development a new era of content and practices.Since the scientific concept of development has been proposed, theoretical circles have studied the scientific concept of development in many ways and a variety of angles, emerging a large amount of theoretical literatures. All the scientific theory of Marxism are with these theoretical features, while the view of this article is that from the aspect of dialectical relationship which is at the same strain and advancing with the times among scientific concept of development, Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and "Three Represents" important thinking, it explains what new characteristics and new elements, which a new expression and new developments have been added to scientific concept of development in these areas of theoretical characteristics. The reason why we study of the theoretical features of the scientific development concept deeply and meticulously is that we can better understand the theoretical connotation and the spiritual essence, so that guide consciously the new practice in the development process of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
