The transfer of rural land is of great significance in agricultural modernization, and in solving problems of low productivity in rural areas.While the economy of the Chinese city grow rapidly, the enormous economic value of the rural land was been closed. Therefore, the analysis of the legal system of the contracting right of the rural land, the improvement of the land transfer and the achievement of the value of the land are of significant to the china rural construction.This thesis start form analyzing the status of the land transfer, and after analyzing the significance of the land transfer, analyze the legal system of the Circulation of the Right to the contracted Management of Rural Land.
