| It can't be eliminated that the lawmen extort a confession by torture during the century, which has become chronic illness; therefore it is undoubtedly a great obstacle for constructing harmonious society of socialism and society of monocracy. How to eliminate this chronic illness becomes an important task for CCP, organization of Judicature and men of experts and scholars. In my paper, I try to deal with this kind of phenomena beginning with history and virtual reality of extorting a confession by torture, analyze the historical and realistic reasons of this problem and the method of eliminate the chronic illness and subsequently change the wrong concept by some people for the social phenomena, meanwhile make up the defect of legal system in relation to extorting a confession by torture, furthermore promote the construction of harmonious society of socialism and society of monocracy. |
