Two issues will be studied in the thesis: one is to study the criminal law system patterns of human flesh search system; the other is how to improve the Personal Information Protection System. The thesis will be put into three main parts, while including five chapters: the first part, overview of the aforementioned issues, corresponding with chapter 1; the second part, the project of the criminal laws and regulations system, corresponding with chapter 2-4; the last part, prospect of the criminal law system.Three sub-section will be discoursed in first chapter: section one is overview of human flesh search system, the course of its history, its origins and manifestations will be discussed in this section; section two will focus on introducing and analysing conception, characterization, classification of human flesh search's infringing of personal information; the last section will discuss the reasons for conviction of human flesh search.In the second part, the project of the criminal law system will be discussed in details. Chapter 2 is about the traditional solution, focusing on both the civil protection and criminal protection of the Personality right. Chapter 3 is about reference project basing on the Amendment 7 to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, special articles on protecting Personality right will be maintained in this chapter. In Chapter 4, the author will put forward a ought mode, which based on convergence of various related department laws.In the last chapter, the author will analysis the current and history significant, then draw some legislative proposals for Personal information Protection system. By comparing the two main Personal information Protections system in worldwide, scientific criminal protection system of personal information will be offered in this chapter.
