With the implementation of the policy of freedom of religious belief, religious organizations in rural areas have achieved rapid development in vast rural areas and have played an important role. For village committees how to face the development of religious organizations and coordinate with religious organizations, has become a very realistic problem they must face. The purpose of the article is to study the rural and religious issues, to explore a reasonable relationship between the rural village committees and religious organizations ,and to think about how the village committees guide religious organizations in the rural areas to play an active role ,so as to promote the development of social undertakings and promote the building of new socialist countryside.This article is divided into five parts. In the introduction, it is stated the main topics of this research background, and research methods. The second part focuses on the Marxist concept of the basic concepts of religion, opinion, as well as the Marxist view of religion from the perspective of the study of religious organizations in the new building in the rural community of the role. The third part is that through the empirical analysis of rural and religious issues, explore the reason for current problems. The fourth part, as a main part of the article, focuses on the right way to handle rural and religious issues. Thus, leads to a final conclusion by a reasonable definition of village committees in rural areas and the relationship between faith-based organizations, faith-based organizations to play, religious figures and religious believers of an active role to promote the building of a harmonious society, to achieve good governance.The study uses the Marxist view of religion, the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and the theory of governance , and the empirical analysis of the study, establish a reasonable definition of the village committees in rural areas and religious organizations, in the new era from the "four-in-one" social and economic construction, political, cultural, social aspects and give full play to the construction of the four religious organizations, religious leaders and religious people an active role in the new point of view.
