The essenceof the development process of Chinese socialist democratic politics is under the framework of socialist system to realize the rights owning by individuals gradually. Marx once said: "What is the democracy? It must have some significance, otherwise it cannot exist. Therefore, all of the issues is to determine the real meaning of democracy. If we do this, we will be able to deal with democracy, or we will be unlucky."The purpose of this article is an attempt to explore and significance the real meaning of democracy which Marx describes, and to analyze it in our country's practice, which contents pay attention to, which contents are neglected and attenuated. Under the new situation,we shuld be promoted the construction of socialist democracy better.
