On The Constitutional Protection Of Vulnerable Groups

Paying attention to and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of vulnerable groups is the aim of building people-oriented and harmonious society in our country .The existence of vulnerable group is a common phenomenon in various countries. In our country, the low causes of vulnerable groups include the facts that the main bodies of free-wheeling market economy speed up the pace of social stratification, that lack of the right of protecting vulnerable groups strengthens the basis of the composition and that the continuous expansion of capital intensifies the position of the vulnerable groups. The original cause is lack rights .There is an original foundation and source of protection of the vulnerable groups in our country's history, and there is a certain reference value of the legislation and practice in protection of the vulnerable groups in West counrty . The content of constitutional protection of vulnerable groups should be mainly aimed at the social and political rights. The principle of the protection of vulnerable groups includes the principle of different treatment ,the reasonable and moderate principle as well as the principle in accordance with the socio-economic development.There is a feasible way to protect vulnerable groups in our country, which is establishing special constitution supervising committee to review regulatory documents inconsistent with the principle of the protection of vulnerable group , the ordinary courts directly applying constitutional norms to protect the citizens' constitutional rights invaded as well as perfecting the constitution on the terms of the protection of vulnerable group in order to ultimately realize administration with "good constitution".
