Blank Notes Added Right To Study

The right to add the blank in the legal basis is blank signature authorization.In my opinion,we should adopt the theory of"authorization". To obtain the right of supplementation should be taken based on " compromise " point of view.China's Law of instruments for the right of a blank paper and its supplementary provisions are very simple, legislation in the future should be extended the right to a blank area to supplement, add a clear gap on the force of law before the right to exercise, clearly defined responsibility to who abuse the right of supplementation, emphasis on the protection of the interests of bona fide holders. At the same time, the exercise period for the right to add a blank bill and the exercise of a comprehensive approach should also be requirements.
