China-africa Relations In A Harmonious World Perspective Study

On September 15,2005,General Secretary Hu Jintao in the United Nations 60th anniversary summit has proposed "the harmonious world" officially important idea.,The Chinese external work will revolve from now on to construct "the harmonious world" to launch,the harmonious world takes the new diplomatic idea also to chase penetrates into the international relations domain.In "the harmonious world outlook" under this new diplomatic idea's instruction,the Sino-African relationship takes the Chinese foreign relations the important component,in aspects and so on politics, economy and culture obtained the rapidly expand and has made the very big progress.But is following the Sino-African relationship development,some questions along with it appearance,and are accompanied by some not harmonious sound,like in westerner eye so-called "new colonism" and so on.These new situation's appearance,requests us to analyze in the Sino-African relationship development correctly the question,clearly recognizes the Sino-African relationship the essence,thus how discusses to impel the countermeasure which the Sino-African relationship will develop in the future.This article is aimed at these problems,in history,visit the reality on the basis of analysis of the harmonious development of Sino-African relations under the view of the world problems,clearly the essence of the Sino-African relations,and put forward China-Africa relations to promote the future development of countermeasures,the text is divided into four pans:The first part elaborated the harmonious world outlook's correlation theories question,proposes, the harmonious world outlook theory origin,the harmonious world outlook connotation and the characteristic including the harmonious world outlook;Around the second part was established two stages from new China to review the Sino-African relationship accord development course;The third part analyzes the question which by harmonious world outlook this unique angle of view under the Sino-African relationship development appears,analyzes the West to Sino-African relationship misinterpreting and the reason,and is holding in fully the material foundation,altogether won the essence to the Sino-African relationship mutual benefit to carry on the elaboration;The fourth part of the development of Sino-African relations for the problems from a strategic,political,economic, cultural,educational and other aspects of the China-Africa relations to promote the harmonious development of countermeasures.In this paper,the innovations to a harmonious view of the world lies in the unique perspective of this analysis in the development of Sino-African relations and the essence of the problem,and accordingly the corresponding countermeasures.
